Centrally located but in a quiet location, is located on the 3rd floor of an old building with a lift in the Prati district, 200 meters from the metro station A ‘Ottaviano’.
Suitable for couples, families with children and singles, accommodates up to 4 people.
Consisting of 1 bedroom, 1 large kitchen and living room fully equipped, 1 living room with double sofa bed for 2 people, 1 bathroom and a shower room.
The apartment has TV in each room, wi-fi, air conditioning and central heating.
In the neighborhood there are plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, laundries, MC Donald’s, metro/bus and taxi station.
It can easily reach the historic center with the subway (200 meters), to Piazza del Popolo (Flaminio), Spanish Steps (Spagna), and Termini station (Termini station).

How to get to the apartment:
From Fiumicino airport, you can take:
- taxi, cost for tariff agreed with the Rome Municipality 50 Eur;
- the train from Fiumicino airport to the Termini railway station, and then take the Metro A direction Battistini and get off at the stop “Ottaviano S. Pietro” station. The cost varies depending on the type of train and the journey time;
- shuttle service, direct from Fiumicino to Via Crescenzio 2, about 1 km from the house costs 7 Eur per person, the ticket gets on board or online. The distance of 1 km you can do on foot or with the bus line 492, the ticket costs 1.5 eur but must be purchased before at newsagents, tobacco shops or online.
From Ciampino airport you can take:
- taxi (fare agreed with the Municipality of Rome 31 euros);
- the shuttle bus to the Termini train station costs 6 Eur per person, and then take the Metro A direction Battistini and get off at the off at “Ottaviano S. Pietro” station.
